How To Shop With Us

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and the importance of proper packaging and shipping we find it easier if you provide your order via our contact form or email. 


We will package and weigh all items to ensure appropriate shipping costs. We make every effort to minimize multiple packages.  When your items have been calculated for shipping an invoice will be sent via PayPal for approval and payment.  


Invoices showing inventory availability, back orders, and or shipment delays are sent within 24 hours of receiving your order.  Invoices not paid within 48 hours will be cancelled. 


Custom orders and Holistic Health products are not returnable and no refunds will be given.  Custom orders will require a 50% deposit to cover supplies.  No work will begin until a deposit has been received.
